Which pane of a navigation host a page belongs to (docs/navigation.md).
A page’s pane is a fact about the model, not about how the host currently draws it: a
nav host’s list page is Pane::Sidebar whether the toolkit is showing a sidebar beside
a detail or stacking the two. What the presentation decides is where each pane lands:
its own splitter pane in NavPresentation::Split, the root of the stack in
NavPresentation::Stack. Keeping the two separate is what lets a host re-present on a
size-class change (NavPatch::Presentation) by re-homing the pages it already has,
instead of tearing the tree down and rebuilding it.

Sidebar
The list / master pane of a nav host. At most one page per host.
List
The content-list pane between the sidebar and the detail, Mail’s message list
(Nav::content_list, docs/navigation.md). At most one page per host, and only
on hosts whose NavProps::list_width is set; a backend answering
crate::Cap::NavContentList Unsupported never sees one.
Detail
A destination page. Every page of a nav_stack presentation is one of these.
