FirstBaseline

Sit the children’s text on one line rather than centering their boxes (docs/baseline.md), which is what a label beside a bordered field or a larger-type value wants, since those put their text at different heights inside their boxes. A child with no text (an image, a slider) has no baseline and stays centered. Rows only; on a column it reads as Center.
