Install the app’s Dock menu (docs/menus.md “Dock menu”): the entries macOS lists when the
user right-clicks the app’s Dock icon, above the app’s [[shortcuts]] and the system’s own
Show / Hide / Quit items. Probe Cap::DockMenu; elsewhere the call does nothing. Live, like
app_menu: Resume <last document>, a checked “Do Not Disturb”, the locale. Install
once, at startup.
The menu works while the app runs, so its actions are ordinary closures, unlike shortcuts, which are routes because they also launch the app.
